I'M MAKING BIRRIA TACOS TONIGHT

The chuck roast is cooking in it's own delicious fatty juices for TEN WHOLE HOURS. And I am making guacamole fresh of course because there is no other way to enjoy it than homemade. I'm sorry vegan Jesus I said I would change but I gotta eat these tacos in t minus 6 hours.
