Being "Tomboy" or masc female in todays world

I'm not sure if I'm the only one who senses/feels the stares, and pre-conceived notions about my hair style or choice of clothes. I've always been more of a "Tomboy" in life, and generally felt included. But as of recently with all of the media's sensationalization of those who appear differently tends to make me feel uncomfortable.

All I try to do is feel comfortable in my own skin, and stay true to myself, feelings, and personality. Although not part of the LGBTQ+ community, I am a strong ally and supporter of those in it. And don't want to compare my struggles in anyway to theirs. But I can see first hand how piercing peoples looks and stares can be.

Moral of it is, don't change yourself to fit in. You are the only one who has to live in your body and make choices for it. Expression is key to finding ones self, and can impact your confidence. Love those who are different, and be a friend to those who are often left out or discredited in society.

Much love, and wanted my first blog post to be about something important as well as loving!

Peaces,

No two clowns share the same costume and the circus is large and accommodating.
Be yourself, no one else can.
