New Sketch: Hailsotrm

Hi, i finally got back into the rhythm of things and dusted off my drawing tablet.
This is Hailstorm, real name Juliet Taiga Turner (KEEP IT ON THE HUSH HUSH OK??), she's a student/mercenary/local pseudo-villain working to save money to bail out her dad (Tiberius Taiga - ◄The Hail Hog►) who is imprisoned for super-villainy things, she is one of the characters I enjoy drawing the most lately, her powers are ice based (there's a chemical component to the ice i havent quite figured out yet) she is used to the cold, the baggy winter clothes are to prevent getting cut on the sharp ice surfaces (the arms are usually covered in more ice so those aren't a problem) and being id'd. The mask is mostly cosmetic although it does provide her with oxygen.
