Tall preference

I'll never understand people who like people a foot or two taller than them. Like yes I adore COD chars and most of them are an entire foot taller than me plus extra but if they existed irl I would RUN! In reality, I like people shorter than me or around the same height as me. Do people just like feeling tiny compared to the other I just don't get it???
