new ios nintendo ds emulator! ๋࣭ 𖤐 ‧₊💿˚ ⋅

ㅤㅤㅤyou know what's cool? old games. and you know what's cooler? being able to play them wherever and whenever you want! delta emulator can provide just that and more! I've been using it for several days now and I'm completely in love. no lags, cute console designs and easy navigation are all you need to dive in the world of retro gaming. or is it?

ㅤㅤㅤin this blogpost I will try to explain how to use this app on points where I had to navigate by blind method. if you already know it you are cool, have a sticky star ☆.

ㅤㅤㅤQ: What consoles the app can emulate?
ㅤㅤㅤA:  NES, SNES, N64, Game Boy, GBA, and Nintendo DS!

ㅤㅤㅤQ: my app asks for 3 strange files, bios7.bin and others when I try to open the emulator for a game???

ㅤㅤㅤA: you can find them here! just download all files that the program asks for and put them in needed places by name.

ㅤㅤㅤQ: sooo... where can I find games and be safe from viruses?
ㅤㅤㅤA: CD romance is a great option with a huge library! they also fan-translated a lot of games!

ㅤㅤㅤQ: I downloaded a game, but it's in zip/7z archive?
ㅤㅤㅤA: for zip file you can just tap the archive in iphone's files and it will unpack the game. then you need to click on this file or long press > share > Delta. it will spawn in the app fully working.
ㅤㅤㅤfor 7z archives however you will need zip extractor app from appstore. click this archive > share > zip extractor > extract > open new folder it made > pick a game file and click i in circle next to it > share > Delta. it will spawn in the app fully working

ㅤㅤㅤQ: there is no sound?
ㅤㅤㅤA: there is a button in settings "respect silent mode". maybe you have that and silent mode turned on. it can lag tho when you get notifs, so you may be jumpscared by sudden game sound.

ㅤㅤㅤQ: my game is working correctly, but on the main screen there is no cover art and the name is file-like?

ㅤㅤㅤA:  i gotchu. longpress the game, there are rename/change artwork buttons. you got this.

ㅤㅤㅤQ: console design fugly :(

ㅤㅤㅤA: here, here, here. you need .deltaskin format file tho, change designs in settings.
