im so tired (vent)

i know space hey isnt a vent space or whatever
but i have no other options
last couple of weeks and months have been a living hell
im so so so so so so so tired
my mom keeps making fun of me and gets upset when i cant tell if shes joking or not
she complains about me needing help and asking for small things and it makes me upset
she got upset at me for asking my dad abt smth he promised and proceeded to talk about me when im not in the room (the walls are thin, i hear everything)
i dare not say anything about it because it will be seen as "talking back" 
im very tired
i want my parents to stop promising to do things or get things and then get upset/ignore me when i ask
maybe im just selfish idk
im so upset
