personally idm.I like how this place is somewhat niche but if it got a ton more users that would be fun. Thered be more drama on the site and reading dumb callout threads is nice. Thered also be way more blogs and thats more people to argue w/ stupid shit about yahoo.

Tbh, it depends on how most of them would use it, even if its already kind of popular, I would LOVE to have more people on here, it would be way easier to get more friends. But I wouldn't really want anything else to change, I like how it feels to be on here.

i mean if more rich people with nothing else to do with their money except donate it to spacehey joined i wouldn’t complain because at least then the servers could keep up with the growth, but i like that this website doesn’t feel suffocating in terms of the amount of users.
also, i don’t think new users are that likely to actually use parts of the website like blogs, forums or groups and would probably just stick to bulletins/ims so i don’t think it would necessarily improve the experience on here for most people??
Youre kinda right. 90% of all groups are dead as hell yet theres people who bulletin every day without fail. put that energy into keeping a group alive..

Assuming more users means more funds and An would be able to acquire more robust servers and moderation teams eventually to match, I would hope that the much larger userbase would help to squash a lot of the mini beef and drama on this site that infests every corner, or at least make it so bait accounts would have to up the antics to absurd degrees to see any traction, the way things should be. I'm all for small online communities, when the small online communities aren't shit

if it got more popular and we still had our 3 volunteer mods, bye bye spacehey.
but also i feel like the current amount of users is way too much for whatever servers spacehey runs on, considering how sluggish it tends to be when more blog activity occurs (which, of course means there's more users.)
plus, the site would probably end up needing ads if it became as big as Instagram or Facebook. Probably would need ads if it reached 1,500,000 users
either way, i dont think it'd be the best, i'd rather it stay small. after all, an, the CREATOR, the only person who can promote people to MOD, doesnt even care enough to respond to one of his volunteer mods about the moderator issue...
