This was def a process to make but so worth it in the end! I have never really cooked with sweet potatoes before but it was so good! The glaze was so easy to make for both the chicken and the sweet potato ! I feel like it definitely set the bar high for tomorrows dinner. I will leave the links to the recipes below and let me know if you decide to try them!
