New allergy

Last night I was feeling a little hungry so I put some pollock fish sticks in the microwave. I'm allergic to a lot of fish but I had found that pollock, tuna, sardines, anchovies, and shellfish are perfectly fine to eat. However, when I actually came to eat the pollock, my throat felt like it was closing up (similar to what happens when I eat salmon) and I came to the realization that I can no longer eat pollock or fish n chips anymore. I took some benadryl but it didn't really help me.


This morning I woke up with my throat feeling only a little better than last night. I think I may have become allergic to fish that were perfectly fine to eat before. If I were to keep one fish immune to allergies, It would be tuna.
