ADHD Stufffff

sooo i forgot to get a new prescription of my ADHD pills because they aren't strong enough and i still am forgetting to do things ( like getting medication lol). So today i had to get an emergency prescription and OH MY GOD why is it so hard. i had to go to the pharmacy 3 separate times , call 111 emergency number 6 times and a doctor said they sent the medication then didnt !! i finally got my meds like 8 hours after and i felt so fucking awful. like my brain was everywhere and i couldn't think, i now have taken my meds and can actually think a bit more straight so thats good but its so fucking annoying that the mental health system and the NHS are so bad at helping people in crisis. the doctors and pharmacist were rude and dismissive and treated me like a was stupid despite the fact i am extremely well informed about my Medication. THEY ALSO MISGENDERED ME EVEN THO IT SAID MR ON THE FORM. 

I'm so glad i got the meds now and im hoping i will calm down a bit but i just needed to rant.

For anyone who is also struggling , hang in there , it does get better :))

Update: feeling better but i am stuck in ADHD paralysis mode :/
