Ann fandom (non-existent basically, has 11 people in the Steam group chat) & the Ib fandom (game has been released for Switch & will probably grow larger)
Not exactly an RPG (except for the 4th game in the installment, but it's Japanese-exclusive) but... Magical Drop exists. Has some interesting characters entirely based off tarot cards with a few exceptions. Also has a 4koma manga that's entirely in Japanese, but some of the art is neat. Compressed PDF link so you can view it on your browser: https://tinyurl.com/5djrkbrs
As for an actual RPG, I can name quite a few... Hylics, Inscryption, Any Pokemon fangame-- Those are just three things that come in mind. You're better off going on itch.io and looking up RPGmaker games, mainly because there's so many and they're very lightweight, you could play them on a work computer. Just because it's from RPGmaker doesn't mean it's bad. I've made some pretty impressive things with that engine.
