The Magnus Protocol - First Shift // SPOILERS FOR TMA AND TMP

Quick intro! I started notes on each episode as soon as they came out. These are all my initial reaction while listening to the episodes for the first time. I decided to post them here for funsies. To who ever is reading, I hope you enjoy my rambles.

NOTES:

The company is based on a system called Freddy (FR3-D1) ran on a modified version of windows NT4.0. FR3-D1 is a spokes software the is the bedrock for the whole system. No one really knows how to use the system or what it actually does. It crashes a lot though. It is supposed to search the web for various articles, web pages, and documents for incidents which sends it to the company to access.
They work for the government and don't need to follow the GDPR.
Organization method:
After each entry is 4 numbers (DPHW)
Cross reference with a table
Enter with a date if there is one. 
Example: 
CAT2RC1157-12052022-09012024
Dolls, watching -> 1157
Cross reference -> 2-C
Date is: May 12, 2022, to January 1, 2024.
The computer has a "bug" where a monotone voice will start reading out the statement. It started a year ago. They call it Norris. Hitting space pauses it but it won't let them progress to the next incident until it finishes reading. 
There are 3 different voices to whom Alice has named Norris, Chester, and Augustus

THEORIES:

THEORY TIMEEEE!! Okay as soon as I heard about The Magnus Protocol, I began pondering what medium they were going to use to tell the story. Since the photo for it didn't have a tape recorded, I tossed that idea. Based on the information in statement #0170701 detailing that tape recorders technically are digital not analog, that I couldn't rule out anything digital to be a medium. I think the fear entities are all just grumpy and old and some just refuse to learn how to use the new technology, so they just stick with what they're comfortable with. I believe the medium in which we are hearing the story is through the Windows NT4.0. FR3-D1. 

Theory part 2. Much like how in TMA we only heard true statement because those true ones didn't like Jon's laptop, I believe that all read by Norris, Chester, or Augustus is true. I do have a slight idea that each voice acts as a different entity, or Norris only tells the truth, Chester always lies, Augustus is Augustus. I will be looking out for patterns and documenting them as they arise.

When they "ended" the apocalypse, it was thought to have killed all the fear entities with it, but I don't think that's possible. I think it just created a fresh new batch of entities for us enjoy.

No one seems to remember the apocalypse. I thought that no one remembered the Magnus Institute until Sam said that it was a, "Blast from the past". Did Sam give a statement before or knew someone who did? Perhaps an ex-boyfriend of Tim? Possible hot twink for Jonah to his eyes out in case of emergency? It also makes me wonder what Melanie and Georgie are doing post apocalypse. Probably continuing their cult endeavors.

BIG THEORY TIME OMG I THINK NORRIS IS MARTIN AND CHESTER IS JONATHAN SIMS AND THAT AUGUSTUS MAY BE JONAH MAGNUS GYBIKL:EFIKLDGDS WHEN THEY GOT EEE KILLED THEY WERE TRAPPED IN THE FRICKEN WEIRD COMPUTERS AND THEY"RE TRYING TO COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE THROUGH READING CASE FILES.

The image was probably due to the apocalypse turning the walls of buildings into eyes.
