some random stuff on greek mythology

i'm really bored here in class and it's almost time for lunch so I decided to go online and look at some stuff from Greek mythology because it sounded pretty entertaining :)

something that I found is that there aren't only three muses, but nine. maybe that's just me being stupid, but I automatically assumed there were only three. they're all children of Zeus and a goddess named Mnemosyne, or "memory." apparently they're all seen as not married, but also could be the mothers of a lot of famous sons in Greek mythology, such as Orpheus, Rhesus, Eumolpus, and a lot of others who are somehow connected to things like songs and junk.

I think i'll just keep this little blog around in case I get bored again and then have nothing to do :)
