Her music is objectively bad, and the only reason she's getting so much recognition is because her songs can be easily digested. To me it's the musical equivalent of content farm youtube channels. She can't sing, and even though she's a rapper, her rhythm and beats are repetitive and just sound like someone speaking unenthusiastically into a mic, there's nothing about her voice that's unique!! There's no instrumental experimentation, nothing. It just sounds overproduced and boring.
Im tired of people thinking Ice Spice is talented

I liked her collab with pink panthress and that's kinda it. On her own it's just not really for me.

You're just a hater, being able to make people move is a talent in itself. and if you saw her coachella performance, her energy was amazing. Her music doesn't have much meaning and that's fine because that's not the job of her music, I'm not even a fan of ice spice but its easy to see.She just knows how to make people move, and if u don't like that, that's not anyone's problem but urs imo.Not all music needs to be meaningful, music is music.
I agree, to an extent. Music is music, absolutely! I look at bands like McCafferty or The Front Bottoms and their music from a certain standpoint is pretty bad. However, people take a liking to it! They try out different things and are not afraid to leave their comfort zone. However, I just don't see this with Ice Spice. Her music does not really go through change. I see her as a corporate money-making machine. Beats making the big man money. You do have a valid stance though! I just happen to disagree with you.
