It may look confusing at first. But HTML is not that complicated. You can do it!
For more organised page styling, use CSS.
People in the 2000s were a different breed. People spent a lot more time setting things up than they do now. I remember my dad physically buying the software he needed. You had to put the CD-ROM in and install it. Even other types of downloads took some patience to install properly.
Things are more user-friendly these days. But that usually comes at the cost of not being fully customisable.
Making your own stuff gives you more freedom.
