you can get box black hairdye/dollar store makeup if u want, make your own jewlery and stuff. go to the resale store for little trinkets, and get earring hook.. things online, or just some wire and pliers if yr rly broke.
Again, resale store is yr best friend. you can get all sorts of fun clothes. if u really want, u can dye other clothes black. (Make sure u get good dye tho, and maybe dont try it for some materials.
basically, make all yr own stuff you buy on the cheap. hope i helped a bit
