Blogging nowadays

Despite this being a platform that evolves around blogs, it appears to be very inactive. I have been using this platform for 3 month and this is what I have noticed, new people enter every day, add some random people, make their little profiles and then leave and forget it.

 I actually looked it up and yes many people still use blogs. Maybe in this case the problem is the specific platform and their users. To be honest most people dont even know how blogging works ( I am no exception ).
