how to NOT be annoying .. ?

i want to just spam post blogs but also i dont wanna annoy my spacehey friends... and i also want to dm people and say hi but im scared ill be annoying ... hhelp im so bad at social interaction even on the internet!!! this is supposed to be my safe space this isnt fair !!!!!!
