2024:
May 2nd: Sevendust and Static-X, ft. Dope
This concert is like two weeks away and I'm sooo excited! This'll be my first concert of the year, and I hope I'll be able to see more of my favorite bands perform this yearā” The last concert I went to was Bush, and I was in the pit against the rail right in front of the mic...AND GAVIN BLEW ME A KISS I SWEAR TO GOD!!!! I have it on video, too! He also serenaded me like twice, I think...he wants me fr ;) (my mom was so jelly lmao she LOVES Gavin. dw he also sang to her lol)

August 21st: LIMP BIZKIT!!!!!
I've never heard of any of the ppl/bands they're touring with, but tbh idc. I'm just there for Limp Bizkit (I'm so excited to see all of them in person...especially Wes ofc!!!) I already have my outfit ready for this one lol. I think I'm gonna faint when I see Wes irl I'm not even joking...anyways me and my mom usually get to concerts early to be in the front of the mic in the pit, but we're gonna try and be closer to the left side so we (I) can see Wes (she knows I'm a huge Wes fanboy, and she doesn't rlly care for Fred, so she's cool with not being right in front of the mic this time).

August 30th: 311
Me and my mom were gonna see them back in 2019, but ofc Covid-19 happened...I'm still so mad about it bc they were touring with INCUBUS!!! Me and my mom have seen/met Incubus around 4-5 times, but I'm still so bummed they never rescheduled that tour...it would've been amazing seeing them both. :,(

September 8th: Slipknot
Oh. My. GOD!!!!
I was actually starting to feel sad lately bc I thought I was gonna miss out on Slipknot this year, but my mom surprised me with concert tickets a week b4 their show! (thanxxx mom!!!!) I've seen them b4 in 2022, and they kicked my ass... HARD!Ā anyways, I luv their self-titled album, and its always been my dream to see Slipknot in '99-2001, so this is the closest I'll ever get to that fantasy lol

2025:
February 25th: Deftones
Thanx mom for gifting me these tickets for my bday! :D

May 16th: COLD
This concert was really fun! The venue was suuuuper small, and there was no barrier between the stage and the floor, which was about 2-3 feet high...? I enjoyed watching the openers University Drive and September Mourning (me and my mom talked to them after the show and I was surprised the vocalist wasn't in-character bc their set was very story driven). My mom was able to get us setlists from every band except for September Mourning because they didn't use any! :) Anyways, everything went well until COLD finally started playing because I started feeling nauseous (I forgot to eat beforehand) so I was kinda "out of it" during their set for A Different Kind of Pain,Ā but I started feeling better around the time they startedĀ 13 Ways to Bleed on Stage.Ā Afterwards, Scooter walked up to ME and handed me his pick he used to play their last song "Bleed"! I was quick to pass him my booklet forĀ 13 Ways to Bleed on StageĀ and a ballpoint pen (I wished I brought a Sharpie, but I read the venue rules and didn't want to be kicked out over a dumb permanent marker, plus it was the first time I attended a concert there) and he signed it for me! Unfortunately, you can't read/see it when you're looking right at it, but if you tilt it in the light you can see the indentations. I'm still surprised about this despite the fact this was exactly 3 months ago (total coincidence!) Best $30 I've ever spent on a concert ticket (besides Static & Sevendust... I think their tix were $20 tho?)
*Side note, I brought my digital camera to take pix, but ofc the micro sd adapter had gone bad. I'm still pissed about it because I know I would've gotten some badass pix since I was legit in front of the mic the whole time!

July 16th: Incubus
I took SO MANY PIX with my digi cam! Of course, most of them are of Brandon (shameless, I know). I did get some pretty hot pix... once I get a memory card reader for my computer I'll be sure to upload a whole album for you all. :) However, the concert was at an outdoor venue and it was legit 95 fuckin' degrees outside during the first hours! Tbh I didn't suffer as much from the heat as I thought I would... which is rlly weird bc I'm SUPER sensitive to it and I'll get bitchy if I'm overheated (ofc I wore lots of sunscreen and I even wore a hat to protect my precious face and scalp lol). I was honestly shocked that Brandon was able to keep his shirt on during the entirety ofĀ Morning View! He did take it off when they began to play misc. songs, but by then the sun had gone down and the temp was in the 80 degree range (still warm, tho). They played "Vitamin", which is one of my favs! Such a good concert, I've always loved seeing them live! (I've seen them around 4 times I think?) If you can, I'd definitely recommend that you go out and see them! As for the goodies I scored, I found 2 guitar picks that Mike threw at us, and my mom found one, too! One of the guys that was helping clean up the stage afterwards threw a setlist into the crowd, but he folded it up into an airplane, lol. I didn't realize what he was doing until he tossed it, and it was way too far for me to get it, anyways :( Oh well, it was still amazing as always!
