Do you ever just get a huge wave of discouragement? Makes you feel hopeless...
It's easy to often drift off, and choose to think of everything sad that we have endured.
It's easy to think of our failures, and downfalls in life... and it's hard to have hope...
hope for better days, better moods, better thoughts.
But that's the thing... it's not, it's NOT hard.
Anxiety, depression (or other mental health issues) make it hard. They get in the way,
they feed off of our uncertainty, our sadness. It's up to us, to trick our own brains and
be consistent. It's up to us to fight.
When you're sitting back, trying to relax and BAM- there's that dark cloud creeping
on in.. you have to immediately think of something that counteracts that dark cloud.
Knock it out!!
"Ugh, I can NEVER have a good day."
> immediately trick your brain "NOPE- today WILL be a good day"
"Why am I always so broke?"
>immediately trick your brain "Money is coming my way, it ALWAYS is coming my way"
These are things we all need to practice, it isn't easy and it takes some time...
I struggle with it myself and I have been battling for years. But, the
more we do this, the less and less these dark clouds will consume us and our lives.
Now... there will be those days where we are feeling defeated and knocked down...
but, that's bound to happen, it's gonna happen.. WE ARE HUMAN.
What we always have to remember though, is that *better days are ahead,
we can make it and we WILL*
I hope this reaches whoever is struggling and needs to hear it.
You are loved. You are valid. You are special. You are worthy. You are strong!
