Custom Layout

I am actually so bad at html I can't figure out how to change the color of my "About Me" text and it's driving me insane. Any tips?

PS I messaged the creator of my theme and no reply. Not that I'm mad, they are probably busy, but the red is pissing me off I want it to be my favorite color instead
