want to learn entomology but have some problems, help?

really interested in learning entomology n other related topics but dont really know where to start other than going outside (how scary /j) n looking at bugs, i dont really wanna do any hands on bc ironically im still slightly scared of them (i like them from a distance) maybe ill do a lil bit of photography but i dont own any good cameras ;-; 

kinda stuck ig, any help is appreciated <3

also, i am working on not being as afraid of them and i feel that learning more about them will help tons
