Rest In Power, Cole Brings Plenty.

      Cole Brings Plenty, actor and nephew of famed Mo Brings Plenty, was found dead in Lawrence, Kansas. He was reported missing on March 31, and apparently had missed an audition for an upcoming project over Zoom, according to Cole’s agent Peter Yanke. Cole was excited about the meeting, so for him to suddenly go MIA was strange. 

      It’s not uncommon for Native Americans to seemingly “go missing and be found dead” in America. New outlets say that he ran away after an alleged domestic violence incident. Though the night he went missing, his hair was repeatedly and forcefully cut without his consent. Everyone knows that Native Americans hair has heavy symbolism and spiritual properties. Cutting hair is not a common thing for Native Americans to do. 

      Cole was murdered. Of course the media says there was, quote on quote, “no indication of foul play.” His body was found near the woods in Edgerton, Kansas. As I said before, it is not uncommon for Native Americans to sporadically “go missing” or be “found dead.”

      To honor Cole Brings plenty, please wear your hair in braids if it is long enough to do so. I know my hair is not long enough to braid, so I’ll be writing “Justice For Cole” on my arm in Sharpie. Please bring awareness to this situation any way you can.
