Low histamine diet / MCAS

I've decided that I will be going on a low histamine diet. Why? Because I have a "disease" called MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome), which means that the mast cells in your body relase too many chemicals that result in chronic allergy symptoms, that may or may not be dangerous. A lot of everyday food for others I feel sick from in multiple parts of my body, for example coffee, ceratin altered meat like sausages, eggs and more. I have not been following what I should and should not eat, which has resulted in me having to stay home from events & school. Now I have realized how important this is, and will stick to a healthy diet. Thankfully oatmeal is my safe food & is very good for this kind of diet. Now I will just have to start doing it. More fiber, less junkfood, no lactose, and other things I think could help. Remember to drink water and eat what fits you best :)
