so like apparently meds actually do something

so like, recently I got a prescription for anti anxiety meds right? And I was taking them, and I didn't really notice what they did until now

I forgot to take my pill this morning, and I was fine until a minor inconvenience happens, my emotions are all over and I'm freaking out over what is quite literally nothing.
