Apr 2024 - First Art Blog

I'm thinking of trying a new blog type of thing, cause the personal journaling is ok but i often struggle with what I want to talk about, soo... I think I'm gonna mix things up a bit with occasional blog posts of drawings I've made recently! Could be fun idk lol

I havent drawn a lot yet this year as i've been busy with school n the like, so i dont have a lot to actually include here

1. Self Portrait (Feb 02)

This was my first experiment with a new style of rendering that I end up adopting in later stuff. it's not perfect but im still fairly happy w it :)

2. First Eden Art (Feb 06)

Eden is an OC i originally created as a zomboid character, and this was one of the first drawings i made of them. You can see that rendering style making a return here. I also based it off of an actual in-game screenshot i'd taken while waiting for daytime on the roof of a building. kinda atmospheric tbh

3. Heather Playlist Cover (Mar 26)

Definitely my favourite drawing so far this year. I really improved on that rendering and I'm just overall really happy w the result ^u^

4. Punishment Chair (Apr 05)

My most recent drawing and a more silly one where I didnt do any rendering. My OC Eden makes another appearance alongside a new OC, Mars. Sometimes it's nice to do something a bit lower effort that you're still happy with.

Thats actually all ive got! not technically all the art ive made, but the stuff i wanted to highlight here

I might make a blog post like this again next time i have some drawings i wanna share, idk
