People that makes urban legend probably just have schizophrenia

Look.look I was watching a reddit post and the post was asking people with schizophrenia 

What is the most scariest hallucinations you've had and this girl shared that his 9 year old brother was scared becuase he sees people outside they're  coming from us they're gonna kill us and then they're mom is saying nothing   is there and when he look back he was relief just for context her brother was having a schizophrenic episode  and then when look  back he is scared again because  they are just hiding  in the trees etc I forgot how the story ended but the redditor said that she will never forget that and I went to the comment most people said it sound like an urban legend story which I totally  agree like I even go back on urban legend story I've heard  and it really sound like the a severe hallucination well I mean most of urban legend came from like a long time ago before schizophrenia was discovered 😗 what are your thoughts??
