i discovered a new feeling of love today
when i watched her wrap her arms around her lover and cry with relief
a dazed confusion but safe and alive
to miss the action and come to without recollection
just glad to see you
your heart seems to ache for girls who want to protect others from their feelings
what have you been put through for my sake
i will expose the tenderness of my healing self
and slow my pace at your request
what you saw left you shaken and pale
maybe soon we will sleep in the same bed and give each other that smile
i cant wait to eat new meals with you
i hope whatever is wrong with me after the accident doesnt take me away from you again
