Going outside and touching grass is a good thing

Sometimes to cure the depression, all you need to do is go outside and touch grass. Go explore the world. It can be awful to just sit and rot in your room. I know personally these past couple of weeks have been ROUGH, but for those who are going through mental health challenges (ex: every couple of days thinking you belong in a psych ward), hang in there things will get better because every day is truly different and you belong in this world. These past couple of days, I've been having some struggles - thinking I don't belong here and what do I do with my life, etc. I may not show the severity of my mental illness to my friends, but I needed today. I feel so loved by my friends and I hope they feel loved through me :)
