So, after a week or so of consistency, I've been neglecting this blog for over two months lol.
I got tired of feeling bad for myself, so I decided to just get up and start doing sth.
I will not be adding my weight to this post, since if I'm caught using the scale I will have to hear a lecture (nd I really don't want that). However I will be adding some meausres of different spots I wanna target in future entries.
Here's a list of things I'll be attemting to change (and pray I have the willpower):
☠ I have severe bacne, for which I'm already using a treatment and taking pics of the progress. I just hope to keep consistent with that.
☠ My current bmi is around 23, my first goal bmi is 20, and my ultimate bmi goal is 18 aprox. (I want to get to my ugw in aprox two months and keep it up.)
☠ I want to create a new workout routine and make sure to follow it every day. I will start with lighter exercises, and then go for heavier ones.
☠ I will not follow a restrictive diet (in general) nor count my callories, but I will do intermitent fasting. I will allow myself to have dessert once a week and snacks like chips on the weekend (without going crazy with it).
☠ My current mental health has reached an atl, so I will be searching for therapy and try and build healthy habits in general, w/o being super strict with myself.
☠ Lastly, I will try and write down all my journey here. It will be like dork's diary but worse bc I'm almost in my 20s lol.
So that's it, I don't love the messy state of this blog and I will try and write more organized and prettier ones from now on. I will also not name my entries as 'diet blog' anymore, so any suggestion is welcomed.
