Who else is applying to several upon several jobs and either getting rejected or no response? I'm sick of this bullshit. It's not "nobody wants to work anymore", it's Employers don't want to hire any more. They wanna keep their current overworked and severely underpaid employees understaffed to keep the money for themselves. Fuck this capitalist country. Fuck this dumpster fire of an economy. Fuck it all.Β
It would be really nice right now to not have ADHD and to just start my own business. I'm tired of being tired. I'm tired of the bullshit.Β

I am so frustrated with this too. I'm so down about this to the point where I'm starting to regret ever going to college and feel like my degree was a complete waste of time.
Not to mention the absurdly delusional and outdated advice my parents that have NEVER had to job hunt these days give me. "You need to go hand your resume in-person and try to talk to the HR manager!", "redesign your resume to look more 'professional" (aka make it look completely stripped of any creativity for a fucking GRAPHIC DESIGN JOB), etc. I'm so sick of hearing the same shit over and over again from them and my relationship with them is beginning to be affected.
To top this all off, my parents are telling me to apply for jobs that I am GROSSLY underqualified for and I'm getting REJECTED by freaking retail jobs for no reason despite having 2+ years of customer service experience on my resume. I don't have anything inappropriate on social media or any kind of criminal record, so why does this have to be SO hard??
