Death of Fansites

I barely see any anymore. It's really saddening to me :( I'm thinking of creating a new Metal Gear forum/fan site. Outer Heaven was really cool, I loved the layout of it. I wonder if one day I could get in touch with the old owner and maybe get it back up or something, that would be pretty kickass. Though, I don't really speak russian, so I don't know how well it would go over... Still, I really liked it.
