HELP WANTED programmer to make an interactive sequence for my webcomic

I need help with making an interactive minigame thing for my webcomic Mystic Valley. 

It's going to be like your in the shoes of a character going through their phone. (similar to the one seen in Vast Error)

If there's any programmer who can make browser friendly apps and games please help!
