eating plain bread

got this plain loaf of bread and eating it like its the 1800s just without the sawdust, im hungry and I dont know how to prepare anything

Just eat quality bread. No bread in here has ever had sawdust. People used to make their own...

I also eat a small piece of bread, but it would be better if you ate a yoghurt or something like that.
Bread never satisfies anyone.

I know about all about that story... it's sad.

(also, don't just pick any article on google. dive a little deeper and find out why a lot of other foods are mostly fake.)
