Video game prices are absurd.

Just a small ANGRY post about how video game prices are ABSURD. Unless you're buying indie games or games from twenty years ago, how the FUCK are you supposed to get games? I love indie games and games from twenty years ago, but sometimes I want to be able to buy a AAA game, you know? And it's PREPOSTEROUS. 40$ for a videogame? Ok. BONKERS, but I suppose it's fair enough. BUT 70$?! 80$?! WHAT THE FUCK?! DUDE, WE DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO SAVE 5 DOLLARS A MONTH! HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO SAVE 80$ FOR A GAME WITHOUT A DEMO?! ONE I MIGHT NOT EVEN LIKE?! 

And yeah, pirating ROCKS, but I'm kinda tired of always having to wonder if my CPU is at 100% bc my computer sucks or if I am mining crypto without my knowledge. Idk, maybe I'm just too broke and this is totally okay for everyone else? Still, the game might cost a LOT of money to make and all but... that price tag is obscene. If I got all my games legally, I would only be able to play one game for a year straight before getting a new one. This sucks ;; 

I understand how games are luxuries and not essentials, but still, it's not crazy to want to be able to get them legally without spending what feels like a tiny fortune to someone with little disposable income. Idk, just know that if I ever become rich I'll buy everyone I love every stupid luxury they want AND help them out with essentials. 

I hate thinking about money.
