Just turned 16

On April 3rd I turned 16. It was a great day and I ended up getting my other nostril pierced because I couldn’t get my tongue done which was the original plan. I also got a text from my childhood best friend who I’ve only spoken to once before in the past 2-3 years. It’s nice to see that both of us have matured and conversations still come naturally to us. We spoke for a couple hours and then spoke for an hour today and it’s really made me miss my best friend being around. It’s a bittersweet feeling when you start talking to the person who used to know everything about you, but is now just a stranger who doesn’t know who you are anymore.
