I’m looking for ways to lose weight, any tips?

I’m looking for easy ways to lose weight. I eat too much but I’m trying to find ways to lose weight without restricting a lot, I do exercise but not a lot. I’ve tried everything but nothing works, I can’t make myself throw up very well and laxatives don’t work on me very well so I would love some tips and tricks

The easiest and healthiest way is to eat less food and to exercise regularly. I hope you get to the healthy weight you aspire to be at!

as someone who did a lot of stupid shit to myself when i was younger let me tell you, starving yourself out does not work and anyone who says it does is an idiot. what i've now learned in my years of recovery is, start out your day with protein, protein is your best friend, eating lots of protein will fill up your hungryness and will allow you to organize your 3 eating times as well. in that vein, dont skip out on meals, we eat 3 meals for a reason and that is staying healthy. i'd also like to point out how important exercise is, i used to absolutely hate working out but you have to look at it in a fun way. work out, but don't do it to like punish yourself or something, do it because you care about your body and you want it to function well! i'd say its all about perspective. anyways. our bodies are what allows us to keep on living, and we have to cherish them till our last sorry minute. sending love!

Hello!! This is an attempt to give advice for really anyone who reads this. But it's all a little specific and from my personal experiences

So I'm sure weight loss is different for every one. Personally, I've lost about 40lbs since November from restricting but I understand not everyone can do that. You can always try volume eating, eating a high amount of low calorie foods.

I take a variety of supplements for weight loss. These work for me and I'm not saying that these will work for everyone.

Fiber supplements. Lots and lots of fiber. They help me feel fuller throughout the day, I take Miralax fiber gummies which also (kind of) boost metabolism. An alternative I take to those is Country Farms Fiber Care fiber gummies whenever I'm at my moms house (week days), they don't do anything for metabolism but they have a lower calories content so I usually take a couple doses.

I also take Olly Metabolism Gummy Rings. All my supplements are gummies because otherwise I can't bring myself to take them. I try not to worry about the extra calories because I still lose weight anyway. Metabolism gummies help curb appetite and, self explanatory, but boost metabolism.

I take some stress reliever supplements as well which prevent overeating when stressed and can also just help suppress appetite overall. I specifically take L-Theanine in the morning with some caffeine and then Ashwagandha at night because it tends to personally make me more drowsy, but I do know that it can help boost energy and mood for other people which can help make a person more active and burn more calories.

L-Theanine is popular for it's weight loss affects. It boosts metabolism and relieves stress which prevents overeating. I have ADHD so I also just take it to help increase my focus and it works pretty great. People take L-Theanine with caffeine because it can lead being more active and burning more calories. I drink Celsius energy drinks with the supplement because they're known to increase metabolism/burn fat. These energy drinks are low calorie too and I also just can't stand the taste of other energy drinks. It's recommended to take more mg of L-Theanine than the caffeine you drink with it. 2:1 ratio. It's good to have caffeine in not super sugary forms because it definitely suppresses appetite.

I take other supplements too, like magnesium hydroxide but thats because I restrict a lot and when you don't eat a lot, you don't poop. So I'm always taking magnesium and laxatives. I take some vitamins too so I have more energy throughout the day.

it's hard to restrict but it's also hard to just lose weight without a calorie deficit. I would just try and take fat burning diet pills but I can't drive myself around yet so my parents may question if I try to buy those from the store.

I eat a lot of soup. Specifically Progressos Light Chicken Noodle soup. It's filling and only 130 calories. I also like Healthy Choice Power Bowls. A lot of them arelow calorie yet nutritious. My parents don't cook a lot so it's easy for me to get low calorie meals that you just stick in the microwave.

You can find a bunch of tips from ED tumblr and some pro-ana websites. They're hard to find but there's subreddits and threads on Quora too with tips and stories.

theres a link to my favorite ED website. It has tricks and motivation. It helped me a lot.

Sorry if this was an unhelpful rant, I'm half asleep. The realize the part about the supplements or meals can render useless with anyone without a lot of spare money to spend. My dms are open to anyone with questions, who needs to vent, etc.

Thank you so much, This is very helpful! My mom loves supplements so even if I don’t have extra money for them my mom would definitely buy them for me. I don’t know where to buy diet pills but I have always wanted to try them, I have a really low metabolism so I am always looking for things that can help with that. (Ps I love your layout)
