When ive been working on my mental health

AND IM FINALLY GETTING BETTER!!/VPOS. Instead of keeping how I feel to myself, I’ve been actually expressing it to an irl friend and expressing it through writing which feels much better:) and I’ve been thinking more rationally than emotionally which is good so I don’t get upset as easily anymore:D
