Sick with a malware !!!

I accidentally got some sort of virus and now the back of my eyes hurts and my fans arent working right !! Everytime i stand my joints wobble and grind against my cables so i have to sit down again =( My battery also drains faster than normal so i dont even have energy 2 practice guitar !! This sux >=/
