Had an insane dream can any1 tell me what it meant?

One time I had a dream which felt INSANELY real and I would think it was, but I couldnt control my body. I got out of bed, snuck outside without my parents noticing and was just walking for some time while it was dark. Then I realised I had a kn*fe in my hand and was forced to walk up to some woman, who didnt notice me at first, and ST*B her. She fought back and scratched my hand while in the background I saw a tall figure that looked like a shadow with glowing white eyes. I passed out in the dream and woke up in the reality but I still had the scratch on my hand and the kn*fe from the dream was missing from the kitchen

Before any1 blames this on creepypasta or Slenderman: I got into creepypasta fairly recently, only like a year ago and this dream happend before that, I just randomly remembered this lol. So dont blame my interests or go suck a d

I have seen that figure more, before AND after that happend. The most recent sighting happend like a week ago. It was hallucinations which I actually struggle with

Id like that to stop happening so any tips? I am not allowed to see a specialist because of my parents
