It's not my first time diving face first into weird and potentially dangerous places but this time it was the most claustrophobic and in a way creepiest experience I've had so far while urban exploring.
The continuous feeling that something may be ahead of me or, even worse, behind me, was living rent free in my mind at all times.
I have been through most of the tunnel complex and reached a partially caved in part which requires crawling under.
I will attach some pictures below, if anyone is interested in more information about this "expedition" I may be able to provide.
Creepy tunnels under abandoned powerplant

It was very cold. Pleasantly cold I may add.
As for insects/living things: None. Not even spiders.

As for the smell:
Damp concrete dust. And the familiar smell of old.

I might end up making a lot of posts about this place because I've been exploring it for the past 4 years and I ended up having a ton of images.

omg, this is so cool! i've always wanted to explore abandonded places like these, but i unfortunately don't know of any that are near me, that's a pretty lucky find in my books! did you find anything interesting in there?

Not in the tunnels, no. I did find an old sign that I kept at home.
I found more interesting stuff in the buildings above. Ranging from documents dating 1952 to building plans for most of the buildings on site and even some postcards from the 60's to 70's.
I have also found a document that states the tunnels are meant in case of aerial attack for the employees to hide and possibly travel off site using the underground tunnel. It may lead to a creek nearby.
