i talk about one piece color spreads i like for a long time

im doing this in order and i have this one on my harddrive entirely because i really like the cat . i know one of the intros uses it i dont remember which one but it was always one of the more eyecatching uh . random animated colorspreads i guess colors of the rainbow is probably one of my favorites ever especially pre 2010s. this one's so joyous, i think a lot of why i like it is it reminds me of concert themed golden era cartoons? it's really high energy, every single character looks like they're having a great time. as far as i remember there's usually someone looking content or annoyed or something to the side, this one is unapologetically yay yippee !!!!!!!! i think i had this one saved because i really like how the gators are all drawn. the poses are good too, especially chopper and zoro's. i take it back also i think i saved this because i like how mundane the situation of washing clothes is made interesting and fun kind of by virtue of the straw hats being an eclectic group of characters poses on the chickens are extremely good . they're like a ying yang the zoro pose is the most badass thing in the goddamn shit . sanji's pose is good too this is a good simple poses one. and it gets points in my heart for being a "straw hats with guns" colorspread i like this one entirely on the basis sanji fucking . bit a fish hook of his own free will and volition probably the best robin pose in any color spread this is like the goofiest random activity for your cast of characters to do but in the best way it's really ridiculous in an appealing way this is the single most badass official one piece art in the goddamn shit i would say this is my favorite favorite . i like that luffy has a cigarette that isn't emitting smoke like Robin, Brook and the cat's implying he didn't even light it. REALLY like how this is drawn . don't remember if there's any other color spreads that are a complete style change. pedro in particular looks fucking great here really fun to look at, i enjoy all the motion all in one big direction. it's busy without being cluttered i feel. on that note, putting the buildings in the background behind a window of the title to cut down on clutter without awkwardly casting a fog or something in front of the background was just smart i have trouble articulating why i like this one . i think it's mostly all the characters being mostly lined up in a neat line and sitting down, without the entire vibe feeling overly relaxed . i enjoy this postcard type vibe i have the worst quality version of this ever sorry i know the colors are fucked up but brook's pose is so fucking good here there's an official art i like with a polar bear rug but i can only find the remake drawn for chapter 1060 . it was a peak big stupid shoe era sanji
