Should i block this person

Like theres a person who im kinda close with idk

known them for years.

usually my social battery is HUGE but with this person all I want to do is get them out of my house. Like so quickly

they won't SHUT UP about their dumb boyfriend and they also won't shut up about the fact they're "smart" 

They degrade me whenever I bring up my academic achievements and I swear to god they have to be lying about half their "illnesses" 

I bring up the fact I'm disabled once and they're like "Oh its just a cane" like wtf I'm in pain every day but I'm OBVIOUSLY wanting attention.

THEY FUCKING COLLECT PARTNERS AND EXES LIKE POKEMON AND AND

They are saying they're gonna marry their current partner, like calm down your literally 14 ffs like HUH
