i just got a Bandicoot game for only 3 dollars

okay so me and my friends were going out and then one of them, lets call him Jay, told me about this one dude was selling very cheap games... obviously we went there and bought it

the weird thing is that he was in a van and the cartridge itself looks very sketchy
