i self diagnose mysle f with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo

i fele dizszy with the slightest movement of my head 

and when i move my head a very little bit my head dramatically moves intenselu to where my head is turnng

liek the motion sensityfity is89.5%

i think smth was tryna posses me last night hhhhhh
