i am absolutely in love with this album, its literally ranked in top ten for most listened to songs this month. also forgive me if my grammars fucked, im tired and too lazy to proof read rn

also know majority of this isnt going to be logical but some of it might, keep in mind this is j my opinion

im going to be honest, when i first heard perfume i knew this would be my favorite. ash just really outdid himself on it and the lyrics are genius.

whenever i hear this, all i can think of is the music video and it just has immaculate vibes

tbh i would of given this a lower rank, its not a bad song as a whole it's just uneventful compared to the other songs, but this one part where its like "i dont miss you, i miss the thought of what we were, cause this is the part where i shut up and let you infest my brain." is just so fucking good it would be a crime to put it lower

also, i like the first version a bit better. but i saw a post somewhere saying that the first one sounds like wilburs trying to get over who hes singing ab, but the second sounds like hes happy to be over the person so thats also j a nice thing to think ab

no words tbh, just genius melody and amazing lyrics.

in the sense of favorite songs, its like in the top 15 but compared to the album its eh, but i also j really like this album. banger song, you can tell how much they enjoyed making it (or at least sounded lol) and i loved the concept of the music video

p much same as model buses, but more like top 30. i like the concept, good song, the others j outdid it. the lyrics are really well written (cough "youre keeping a dark secret, but youre talking in your sleep") but ive never specifically listened to it for that, or in general really. i think i did once but its usually j played in the album shuffle or whatever playlist its on

ok look now i actually have something insightful to say other than "haha song good." basically, look at every other song and then compare it. like its a good song (the lyrics are immaculate i swear), but it just doesnt fit the album vibe at all, rest are talking ab a relationship in some way and this is more talking ab stress and how people are literal ass. even the sounds just off a wee bit, i think it should of been put in another album as a whole, otherwise great song just wrong album for me
