Profile aesthetic

Messed around a little with the customization of the profile, had a bit of trouble getting the CRT tv effect to work alongside the loading animation but managed to solve it by 

1. Using sybilz layouts's linear gradient segment form their pink internetcore anime + computer style layout which allows people to be able to actually click on the things in the profile,
   
   
2. Using the line "body::before" for the loading animation and "body::after" for the CRT effect.

Also added fini hoover :3's circular profile picture animation for which I had to change the "@keyframes NAME"default name it came with to avoid any conflict with the loading animation/any future animations, this one was obvious in retrospect but yhea...

Took me a while to figure out what was what since its been a long while since i messed around with HTML and such (+I've never been that good with this kind of thing to begin with) , these notes are for future reference since I can see how not so tech savvy guys such as myself can find themselves trying to figure out what's what
