Shredding Guide

Hows it goin bros.

Im Tazzbrah and Im here to talk with you all about how to get shredded if you've never done it before so stay tuned.

Firstly id like to dispel some myths. unless your on PEDs (Steroids ect) DO NOT expect to look like a sculpture of a Greek god. Unfortunately it does not work that way brahs and brahettes but the good news is you can still look fantastic and feel even BETTER!.

Firstly, calculate your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) there are many calcs online just use one of them. This will allow you to find your "Maintenance" calories (No weight gain or loss. ie static). From here its really easy peeps trust me.

Once you find your BMR you may then set a calorie goal for the day. For weight loss you mist eat less than your BMR for an extended period of time and for weight gain you must eat more. For exemplar: 

If my BMR is 2000cals/day

weight loss would require 1500 cals/day creating a "calorie Deficit"

weight gain would require 2500 cals/day creating a "calorie surplus"
