In the before times the real internet existed

I was there in the begining, and before the beggining when there where pothol filled dirt roads, before that superhigher removed them and most of the stops from the land. This story kids is about the before times i remember them and the people. Then suddenly the nice neww shiny highway withits overpasses where built and we could go anywhere we wanted quicker faster, a wild west of exploration and discovery. Then the Highway became crowded with interlopers, coporations governments, then some of the roads where blocked off, others damaged, some removed from existance and the places they led to all gone as if they never existed, they still exist in our memories and in reality. A post appoclyptic world it sounds like, doesn't it?. That is what the current internet has become, the road maps dont work the way you want, they only show you things they want you to see, they block access, remove paths, or redirect you with out you knowing, they are only showing things they want you to see, but not what you are searching for, this is the dead internet, doesnt matter what search engine you use they are all the same. There is a little hope though, Some of us our going old school with old fashioned simple but interesting looking websites, BBS and BBS software is being developed and advanced again, Even the IRC;s are experincing a comeback, and i have found no less then 4 AIM server projects on which i am onne of them.Gopher is getting a small resurgance, a new internet protocol called GEMINI INTERTNET PROTOCOL  has been invented to bridge the gap between gopher and web 1.0, But is a parellel we still have to use the modern internet for almost everything even looking for jobs so few places take paper apllications or resumes,bill collecters have pretty much shuttered their physical offices, and of course there is shopping and homework, But that internet is pretend its like a fake internet inside a computer game, has like 10 to 20 random sites, to add depth to the game, but removes depth from the real world. The internet has been killed by the cell phone, governments and commercial interests. In the before times, we could not wait to explore the internet, the superhighway with all its uncensored destination, now its gone, all that remains is remnants and 7 super tall shiny buildingsof GOOGLE,FACEBOOK,AMAZON,MICROSOFT,WIKIPEDIA,TWITTER,INSTAGRAM and a few others. But the thing that made it fun to surf the internet is gone. But we are in the back ground rebuilding it from scratcj, and hopefully we will learn not to let anyone destory it again.
