Like I say a few times in the video itself, this movie seems confused about if it wants to rip-off the James Bond franchise or make fun of it, and as such succeeds at neither thing.

Be prepared for the most off-the-rails Random Thoughts segment in Shameless Cashgrab history.

Slightly more deserving of an R rating than the previous movie, but would probably only get a PG-13 today.
